Parking
For the Albin O. Kuhn Library Gallery, metered visitor parking is available in the Walker Avenue Garage. To reach the Walker Avenue Garage, circle around Hilltop Circle (either direction) until you arrive at Walker Avenue. Take Walker Avenue toward the center of campus. The garage will be on your right, with visitor parking on the top deck.

For evening and weekend events in the Performing Arts and Humanities Building and the Fine Arts Building (including the Concert Hall, the Center for Art, Design and Visual Culture, the Proscenium Theatre, the Black Box Theatre, the Dance Cube, and the Music Box), you may park for free in Lot 8, adjacent to the building (disregard the warnings!). Proceed either way around Hilltop Circle until you reach Hilltop Road, and then take Hilltop Road toward the center of campus. Take an immediate left into Lot 8 and park.

For daytime visitors, general metered visitor parking is also available in the Administration Drive Garage, located near the Administration Building, and the Walker Avenue Garage, adjacent to the Library. You may use a credit card to purchase time. Meters are not enforced on University observed holidays.

Generally, campus roadways and parking lots require UMBC permits Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Permits are enforced year round.
